I've spent much of my career helping ambitious young footballers find opportunities to combine their education with playing the game they love.
I spent over a decade building a sports recruitment business during the early growth of the US college football pathway, helping aspiring players access football and higher education opportunities overseas. In 2024, the business was acquired.
Along the way, I also worked with universities to establish two higher education football academies in the UK. They were built around the same belief: that talented footballers should be able to keep developing and competing at a high level while studying towards a qualification. That experience gave me an understanding of both US college football and UK university football pathways.
I've played football throughout my life, in different countries, so I understand how much the game can mean to someone. But I've also seen that the right opportunity is about more than football alone. It's about the person, the environment and what comes next.
